This application is designed for users of Condeco Connect digital meeting room screens. Connect Mobile streamlines the process of locating available meeting rooms and checking their availability. Users can easily make instant room bookings directly through their mobile devices using their phone’s calendar functionality. Additionally, the app provides timely alerts for bookings that are at risk of being cancelled due to lack of check-in on the meeting room screen.

It's important to note that the app operates exclusively in conjunction with Condeco Connect digital room screens. Bluetooth must be enabled in order to search for available rooms. Furthermore, to successfully book a room, the app necessitates access to your phone’s calendar, with permission specifically granted to book rooms within Microsoft Exchange.
